“The Melting Of The Sun” è il secondo brano estratto dall’imminente album di St. Vincent Daddy’s Home, in uscita il 14 maggio su Loma Vista Recordings. Il testo del singolo, che è un’altra anticipazione delle vibes anni ’70 che ritroveremo nel nuovo lavoro dell’artista, vuole essere un tributo ai modelli che hanno ispirato St. Vincent da un punto di vista musicale ma anche personale.
